Established in June 2016, Jagannath Gupta Institute of Medical Sciences and Hospital (JIMSH) is committed to fostering patient care, research and education. JIMSH has been issued Letter of Permission by the Medical Council of India for the starting of a medical college with 150 seats for MBBS, 100 seats for GNM & 60 seats for  BSC nursing under West Bengal Nursing Council & Indian Nursing Council, 80 seats for Paramedical under State Medical Faculty of West Benga for the academic year 2020-2021

Through this course, the students are taught all about the human anatomy, human cytology, medicine, chemistry, pharmaceutical, chemistry, drugs formulation & effect and method of surgery.
